2] Reconnect Printer; Restart PC
Turn the Printer On. Disconnect the power cord from the printer as well as from the power source. Wait for a minute. Meanwhile, restart your computer. If you face issues with the Service, run the Print Spooler Cleanup Diagnostic from Microsoft. It removes non-Microsoft print processors and monitors. Additionally, it collects basic information about the print spooler and the computer, such as information about print drivers, printers, basic networking, and failover clustering and offers various modes of cleanups.
