1] Recreate Windows 10 Installation USB
Try recreating the Windows 10 USB Installer using ISO file again either on the USB drive. When using the USB drive, make sure to use a drive which has a great read-write speed. In case you are having trouble creating Media Tool, you can do it offline as well.
2] Re-download Windows 10 ISO
If you are using an ISO, you can re-download the ISO files from the Microsoft server, and then try installing it again. You can use BURN the files onto a DVD file with great read-write speed if you can.

4] Restart BITS Service
