Who is an End-User
An end-user who acquires software is acquiring the right to use that software. End users don’t “own” the software, which is intellectual property and is generally “owned” by its developers. The right to use the software is governed by the End User Software License Terms—which, in the case of the OEM System Builder product, is an agreement between the system builder and the end-user.
